Why spend hours checking the MLS every week by manually visiting the website looking for new properties when you can have this property alert technology working for you. If you are not using property alerts you risk missing out on the best deals on the market!
How to Set up Property Email Alerts
Step One:
From the All Islands Property Search page click on a price range that you are interested in.
Step Two:
Click on the "Save Search" links shown above the list of properties.
Congratulations your property alert is complete! You will now receive property alerts via email.
Note: If this is your first time setting up a property alert you will need to click on the "Create a New My Property Manager Account Now" link after you click on the "Save Search" link and then confirm your account.
How to confirm your account:
Login to your e-mail account and look for a message from "Chris" with a subject of "verify e-mail for your new online account." Open up that message and click on the link inside to confirm your e-mail address. This e-mail address is sent out immediately so it should be in your inbox. If it is not in your inbox try to check your spam trap. Your spam trap is usually another folder associated with your e-mail account where messages suspected as spam are routed into. Look for a link in your e-mail box like "bulk messages" or "spam trap" or something to that effect. Please contact me if you have any problems.

You can set up multiple property alerts. To set up another alert just repeat the process above while choosing a different island and price range combination. You will not be required to create another property manager account. You can have unlimited property alerts under one account.
